> OPEN CELL EPDM /SEMI CLOSED CELL
> Made of NBR/PVC foam, Semi-closed cell structure with skin, they are often used in the field of waterproofing
industrial environment.
> NKP-60 is more economical and practical, consisting of NBR synthetic rubber foam with a semi-closed cell
structure. It not only can to fill cavities of various types of equipment, moreover it has excellent water resistance
based on its unique feature with one-sided surface skin.

For waterproof environments.
The biggest difference with NKX-55 material:
NKP-60 can provide the same performance with NKX-55. Like waterproof, windproof, dust-proof, soundproof, thermal insulation and shock absorption according to the compression ratio. However, it has surface skin. Therefore, it has stronger waterproof performance, and customers can match it according to their environmental needs.
Basic physical performance:
Cell state: Open cell / Semi closed cell
Density:70±20 Kg/M³
Tensile Strength : ≥ 100 KPA
Elongation: ≥ 120%
Compression Set: ≤ 15.0%
Temperature range: -30℃ to 80℃
Maximum Size: 1000 x 10000 x 30 mm with skin. (Standard)
NBR/PVC
NKP-60 can provide the similar performance with EPDM material. But it is more economical and practical than EPDM foam series.
As compressive load (stress) is small, it will not deform the structure after filling in joints. Easy to compress and apply.
Low specific gravity of 0.070; Application and preservation easy as foam pieces do not fuse together.
